Why we spotted them: I love how fresh and cute these two ladies look with their strapless summer dresses. For me, they embody the quintessential all-American look…not trying too hard, not overaccessorizing, just emphasizing the beauty of warm summer days and beautiful bronze tans. Hoorah!
