Why we spotted her: On a gloomy day, Mar sticks out – in a good way. Mar looks classy and cute with her layering of a soft floral top and high-waisted mini. The soft scarf, delicate blouse, braided belt and wrap-around skirt each add a charming piece of detail to the ensemble. Nothing can rain on this fashionista’s parade.
