The Reindeer Pendant

Bored of seeing the same old gold leaf dangly earrings and anchor/maritime-inspired necklaces? Check out London-based Astley Clarke for one-of-a-kind artisan-designed necklaces that range from reindeer-inspired gold chains to elaborate opal collars. The Reindeer Pendant (see image) is definitely my favorite; it reminds me of the holidays and is surprisingly tasteful at the same time. The Baby Nest Ring comes as a close second.

Astley Clarke focuses on luxury and unique design —- in their own words:

While the Walpole Awards seem to agree with Astley Clarke’s claim to spectacular design by naming them the Best Luxury Brand Online in 2009, I am still hesitant on the “conquer the soul” part. Others agree on the quality of their products too: they have been featured on Marie Claire, Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Harper’s Bazaar.

The jewellery (as the English spell it) comes from over 40 of the world’s leading designers and ships worldwide. Be careful of the prices, though, since they’re all in pounds. (Men, I know that Valentine’s Day is still a while away, but if you want to be freed from the 2/14 shopping rush…).
