My summer was beautifully different and cool but since summer’s all over now I’m looking forward to fall!

School, Year, Major:
Parsons
, Sophomore, Fashion Design [also taking classes at FIT!]

Why we spotted him:
Spotting Future was no small feat. As I was skipping off the local 6 train about to transfer to the express at Grand Central, I eyed Future getting on the 6 from the corner of my eye.

Omgomgomg. His outfit is amazing. But he’s leaving. Rawr! Oh well, maybe next time.

But the Fashion Gods (or perhaps it was the subway conductor) decided that Future MUST be on Street-Spotted and for some mysterious reason the subway doors stayed open for the next minute. Enough time for me to grow the balls to run over to Future and scream, “AreyouacollegestudentIloveyouroutfitcanIdoaquickfeatureonyou?!?!?!?!?” And Future miraculously jumped out of the train seconds before it leaves him behind, just so he could be on the site (Future — thanks again for jumping out and sorry you had to miss your train!). I’m telling you. It was the Fashion Gods.

Future’s look POPS because it’s so incredibly fearless. It’s beyond rules and boundaries. His use of colors and prints is all crazyclashy (perhaps emphasizing a red theme?). Yet somehow, it all  comes together in a way that is so terribly fun. It’s tough for your average Joe to put so many layers of patterns and accessories together in a way that comes together this wonderfully. I have scant experience with this, so I can only reference true experts like Future. Chyeaah! Seems like subways aren’t ALL bad.

Thanks Ian! I finally figured it out :) Like I said, I’ll be working on the aesthetics of it in the ensuing weeks.
