Why we spotted them: On their way to get supplies for the summer intensive program at Parsons, these fine ladies caught our eye as we huddled around the Parsons building entrance. The two looks complement each other—Victoria sports the relaxed, bohemian look with her soft floral dress and Rachel dons the rocker look with her brown leather jacket and matching boots. We couldn’t let this pretty pair pass us without a feature!
