Why we spotted her: Walking around the city, we did an about-face when we saw Zoe’s feminine urban warrior outfit. Zoe is the embodiment of the modern city girl, mixing tough leather with soft jersey and adding delicate touches like the layered gold necklaces to her advantage. Splurging on investment buys like a chic leather jacket and a timeless Chanel bag, she chooses to skimp on more transient and basic buys like the tank and simple skirt. Regardless of the price tag, Zoe proves that trends may be passing but style is eternal.
