Why we spotted her: Florence reminds me of what I once read in a travel guide to Paris which said something like, “Don’t even try to blend in and dress as well as the Parisians. You will fail.” Although Florence dons the all-black that most New Yorkers try to avoid, she does it so elegantly with her ruched top, stunning red belt, and gladiator heels that we have to say, “Merveilleux!” (Forgive my elementary French, tehe).
