Why we spotted him: While strolling around Washington Square Park, we spotted Jeff’s hot pink shirt from a mile away. This outfit is all about proportion; the bright shirt tucked into short shorts with a blazer that hits just at the hip worn with oh-so-cool Wayfarer-esque sunglasses. But more than the balance created by a dressier blazer and more casual swim shorts is the relaxed ease with which Jeff so effortlessly pulls off this look. Retro school boy, did he say? I’m thinking some Chuck Taylors paired with some major Chuck Bass attitude.
