Where are you on your way to?

On my way home after class on the last day of the semester (note the sleepless night face and hair :D).

Favorite store?

My favorite stores are Bebe and Anthropologie to buy from regularly, I love Prada and Balenciaga designer wise if there’s a sale.

Where are you from?

West Palm Beach, Florida. Originally from India.

How would you describe your style?

My style is colorful (reflecting Florida) and leans towards costume sometimes. I’m really into the 1940’s at the moment, although this hat is more like the 1920’s, which I might be getting into soon.

Winter plans?

Going to Greece and then chilling at home in the nice weather. Also doing homework though :( [But your homework is drawing beautiful fashion designs??]

Why we spotted her:

Shilpa stays true to her colorful, Floridian style. I’m especially impressed with the way her flowy Prada dress peeks out just-so under her belted Bebe trench. I’ve often tried wearing a coat over a dress only to look very puffy and awkward (obviously choosing the wrong kind of coat), but Shilpa shows us how it should be done. The cinched waist is key. And her accessories are fab. Look at that hat and her floral toes! I’m definitely adding “Go to more sample sales” to my list of New Years resolutions.
